·         Free ground shipping for US orders over $59.

·         Not shipped to: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO, and military addresses.

·         Standard ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

·         For most domestic regions (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):

·         Free shipping for orders over $59.

·         $9.90 shipping fee for orders under $59.

·         For Alaska and Hawaii:

·         Free shipping for orders over $99.

·         $19 shipping fee for orders under $99.

·         International shipping is not supported.

Order Processing

·         Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

·         Changes or cancellations are not allowed once processing begins.

·         Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

·         Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days but may take longer due to high order volumes.

Shipping Difficulties

·         If the address is insufficient, the postal code is missing, or recipient information is incorrect, we will contact you for updated information.

·         If no response is received within 2-3 days, the order will be canceled.

Order Tracking

Damaged Goods

·         K-Gallery is not responsible for products damaged during shipping.

·         File a claim with the shipping carrier if products are received damaged.

·         Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
