What is the warranty period?

The warranty period is one year. Should a product be replaced free of charge within this warranty period, the warranty period will not be extended or altered.

Proof of purchase may be required to validate the warranty period. Should proof of purchase be unavailable, the service will be provided at a charge.

How long does it take to make a custom putter?

The production period for custom putters takes a minimum of three months.We handcraft the head style, desired engraving, suitable loft, and lie angle.For detailed consultation, please contact us via the details below.

Can the putter head be exchanged?

Exchanges are only possible for unused products within 7 days of purchase.
If the protective film on the putter head has been removed, even unused products will be subject to a chargeable after-sales service.

How do I verify the authenticity of the product?

Authenticity verification is based on the genuine product certification label affixed to the item.To receive all standard after-sales service guarantees, you must retain your receipt throughout the warranty period following purchase and must not damage the genuine product certification label attached to the shaft.

Any product defects can only be confirmed after the service representative has physically inspected the item. Even within the free warranty period, any shaft replacement to alter the club's specifications or grip exchange will incur a charge.
